Subject to terms and conditions below, MK Enterprise Clients may be offered a gratuitous quantum of compensation for certain services where the service rendered is not to the satisfaction of the Enterprise client:

  1. Enterprise Client must have an existing agreement with MK Enterprise Solutions; 

  2. Enterprise Client must have prepaid the services; 

  3. Enterprise Client must have made the booking at least 48 hours before the start of the shift;

  4. MyKuya Partner did not show for the task, showed up late for the task or did not perform the task as expected in accordance with his service category;

  5. Force Majeure events are excluded from this SLA.
